- 24k antique gold plated chain and medallion. Adorned with a vintage enameled island pendant and turquoise howlite nugget.
- Please note that no two nuggets are exactly the same; they range slightly in size and shape due to being natural materials. We think it adds to their beauty!
- This necklace is 22" in length. With a total drop of up to 16". Medallion is 1.5" in diameter.
